blinc as cooperative was founded by the project partners of the project eL3, which has been funded by the European Commission in the framework of the "eLearning"-initiative.
blinc was founded as a transnational cooperative in Lower Saxony in Autumn 2005, to be enlarged into a European Cooperative (SCE) in 2006.
The main target of the project is the dissemination of computer-based learning in organisations of the health and social economy (3 rd system).
By means of the project activities (analysis, network, dissemination) eL3 is supposed to contribute to improving the quality of professional education and to assist the actors in this field regarding a use of innovative ways of learning (actions, decisions).
In this project the pedagogical research works very closely with the user in a network and therefore overcomes the gap between science and professional practice.
