1. Analysis and evaluation of computer-based learning offers in the European health and social sector (3 rd system), here examination of the methodological-didactic concepts used, learning behaviour, implications for internal and external teaching staff and use-of-potential analysis for the institutions.
2. Creating a network of organisations of the third system, which use e-learning in mixed ways of learning (blended learning). In this context a stable form of organisation is to be found and in the course of the project a sustainable development should be initiated, which allows the continuity of the network even after the end of the project.
3. In the work package “communication and dissemination“ a powerful, upgradeable open-source web portal will be developed or adjusted, which contains different communication services as well as a learning management and content management system.
