blinc, the European “blended learning institutions’ cooperative� is the umbrella organisation, forum and platform for institutions working in blended learning environments in the third sector (health and social economy and culture).
Our member organisations agreed to share their experience and expertise and to exchange products and services from their practice in a multi-lingual, European and trans-sectoral approach, where this might seem sensible and in a mutual interest.
It is our common goal to collaborate mutually for the improvement of blended learning practice, to realise additional benefit for the producers, users and partner of the blinc network and therefore make a contribution to the European Learning Society.
