In particular the status as a training-hospital guaranteed a commonly, scientific-technically development adapted intermediation of up to date content of teaching.
An own education-facilitie coordinates all trainings, which are necessary for the employees and increasingly gauges in the yielding and use of eLearning elements.

From 2001 to 2004 the LIFE Enivironment project "Integrated Envrionmentls Management" in Hospitals was carried out by the Harzclinics together with hospitals from France, Italy and Austria.
In the framework of this project Environmental Management Systems were installed in all 4 hospitals in a "blended" eCoaching" methodology using a ombined webbased documentation and qualification system (LMS).
In the Harzclincs a team of 5 internal environmental multiplyers was educated and more than 500 staff members have been trained with the intranet-based LMS.
