The partnership consists of institutions, who have been co-operating in the framework of different EU projects in the programs Leonardo da Vinci, Grundtvig, NOW, ADAPT, Horizon, Youthstart, Horizon, Leonardo, Lingua, ADAPT, Integra, Interreg and LIFE-Environment since 1998.

Right from the starting time of distance learning numerous organisations already counted on the methodological amelioration of their supply by web-based learning applications.

As the founders of blinc the partners represent the project-directorate during the developing phase.
