In March 2007 we introduced an online project development system (PDS) in blinc.

It is an online development tool for a collaborative project preparation. It supports transnational project teams to develop their projects step by step and to evidence the results.

A first project proposal was successfully developed by a consortium consisting of 23 partners from 19 countries in the 7th Frame Programme of the European Commission.

The project is called

LC-FLOWS

Europe as a source and as a recipient of financial and human capital - Interactions related to labour flows.

This very complex project could be set up with the help of our project developement system as asynchronous development tool supported by synchronous instruments like our online conference tool.
