Assessment and evaluation instruments are made available as online or offline tools for blended learning practitioners and have already been introduced in several other European projects and courses after the eL3 project lifetime. We offer you 3 inventories for the assessment of learners’ authors and decision makers’ demands and competencies. They were basis for the evaluation of blended learning offers in the framework of the project eL3 (->Link).
