This short article presents the reflexions of a workgroup in March 2006 about „how to optimise the human mediation?“.

The point of view of the participants is that human mediation is one of the central components of the success of the courses delivered using blended learning metodologies. Their reflexions are trying to identify some best practices in the way to improve the efficiency of the human mediation.
