Contribution Regulation

§ 1

Subject

(1) The contribution regulation according to § 2 of the cooperative statutes regulate all particulars regarding the responsibilities of the members as to the payment of contributions and fees to the blinc registered cooperation. It is part of the accession declaration.

(2) The admission fee, the number of the compulsory shares as well as the membership fees are set by the general meeting. Other dues are set by the leadership. These set sums retroactively enter into force as from 1st January of the year when the decision was taken. The general meeting can set another date by resolution.

§ 2

Admission Fee

(1) Each member of the blinc registered cooperative has to pay 50 € admission fee. The admission fee is nonrepayable, it is used as administrative fee for the entry into the members file

(2) Members with special status pay 25 € admission fee.

§ 3

Shares

(1) The value of a share is 50 €.

(2) Natural persons have to buy at least on share.

Legal persons have to buy at least ten shares. The number of shares that have to be bought in addition depends on the number of staff, employed by the legal person at the moment of admission.

§ 4

Annual Subscription

(1) The amount of the annual subscription depends on the status of the member.

a. Commercial* members pay for the use of blinc in the framework of the general terms and conditions:

i. < 500 employees, 250 €

ii. > 500 employees, 400 €

iii. > 1.000 employees, 650 €

iv. > 2.500 employees, 1.000 €

v. > 10.000 employees, 2.000 €

Commercial members use the services of blinc for commercial aims. Commercial shareholders can be: legal persons, freelancers, self-employed or private persons, who carry on a trade.

The (restricted) use of blinc implies regular information about European training projects, developments and experiences, the reception of regular newsletters, invitations to regional and transnational events as well as special conditions for the use of training services and products of member organisations.

In addition to the restricted use commercial members get their own showroom with the possibility to disseminate and valorise their projects and products on the internet-portal www.blinc-eu.org as well as an authors access to the web-based project development environment of blinc.

b. Private members pay an annual subscription of 50 € for the restricted use of blinc in the framework of the general terms and conditions.

c. Members with special status pay an annual subscription of 25 € for the restricted use of the blinc-portal in the framework of the general terms and conditions.

(2) Changes of the status as well as of the personal data have to be communicated immediately.

(3) The collection of the membership fees for members according to clause 1 a and d is done by invoice, which is sent by the 10th of the first month of the posting period. Posting period is the business year.

(4) For members according to clause 1 b and c the collection of the membership fees is done by direct debiting by the 10th of the month of the posting period. Direct debiting can only be done with giro accounts.

(5) To cover additional costs in cases of delinquencies an additional 3,00 € have to be paid. Reminders are charged with 5,00 € per reminder.

(6) Upon admission the full annual subscription, the admission fee as well as the sum for the subscribed shares have to be paid within 14 days.
